First Time Home Buyers Tax Credit

This year 1st time home buyers will recieve a one time tax credit on their 2008 taxes. The awesome thing is that it is up to $7,500!!! (or 10% of the purchase price) Most will recieve the $7,500!!! Let me tell you what is even better....if your employer with holds your federal income tax, you could receive a check in the mail for $7,500. I think this is great for people who really love a house, but need some extra cash to do minor repairs and upgrades. Check out more information at

In celebration, my husband and I just booked a trip to Las Vegas, I won't receive this tax credit, but I'm feeling lucky.
